Brief Pain Inventory
A tool such as the Brief Pain Inventory is used to elicit more information about the patient’s pain experience. Specific information is gathered about the quality, duration, location and other pain issues that will help in determining the type of intervention(s) that can be implemented to best meet that patient’s needs.
